Additional Time in Transit
From November 23 to December 30, 2015, a limited number of UPS® Ground and UPS® Standard packages with transit times of three or more days, and with specific origins and destinations, will require an additional day in transit. The most up-to-date time in transit details will be available at the time of shipping at ups.com/ctc. You may also look up affected ZIP codes on this page beginning October 12.
In addition, all UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS 3 Day Select® packages shipped on December 21 will also require an additional day in transit. UPS 2nd Day Air packages shipped December 21 will be delivered December 24; UPS 3 Day Select packages picked up that day will be delivered after Christmas Day.
Day After Thanksgiving Operations
There will be pickup and delivery service in most areas on Friday, November 27.
In select rural areas, there will be pickup and delivery of Air and international Air packages* (pickup must be prearranged by Wednesday, November 25) but service may be limited for UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select and UPS Standard packages. You may download affected ZIP codes on this page beginning August 20.
